I was allowed to browse on my own after the friendly staff member offered help. She was very supportive during my purchase and provided clear explanations about delivery. As someone with a disability, I appreciated her note for the delivery team to place the mattress on the bed. The delivery personnel were outstanding and extremely helpful.
