I was told that the mattress would be delivered on Wednesday and all the messages I got said that it would be after 2.30pm (we were delivery 16 of 19). Whilst aware that this is only an estimate I thought I was safe to be out of the house until 10.45am and not able to answer my phone. I came back to find that the mattress had been delivered at 10.25 - luckily my husband was home and knew to tell them where to find the old one to take away. The mattress was not put in the room of our choice so that was an additional fee wasted and we will need to carry it upstairs. After delivery I continued to get messages telling me that my driver was expected in the afternoon.
