Really fast delivery (although the people delivering hadn’t heard of the premium any room but?) but they did take it upstairs
Mattress is great, I’d say firm rather than medium firm. However it’s only been a week so might soften, but as it is it’s really comfortable and I’m not waking up with a sore back/neck any more
