Ordering online was easy. Ordered on Sunday and mattress was delivered Tuesday morning. Was given a 2 hour delivery window the night before. Then a text the morning of deliver to say they were on the way. The delivery guys even carried the box with the new mattress upstairs for me. I would have struggled on my own so was appreciative of that.
Would recommend.
Ordered. Good communication. Delivery was chaos. Damage done to wall lamp. Very rushed, illogical operation of removal and delivery. Van crashed in to wall. Not very bright.

As my old mattress was well past its sell-by date, I visited a local store and found one to my requirements, but was horrified that it would take 6 weeks for delivery.
At home, I went online and found Mattress online, where a large selection was available from which I was able to select one meeting my needs.
The astounding fact is that next-day delivery or chosen date delivery was promised.
For delivery, I was given a time and informed of the progress of my order. Delivery was made exactly as timed.
I fully commend and recommend this firm, Mattress Online, for the manner in which they handled all aspects of my order. Five-star treatment throughout. A model for other firms to follow.
I am writing this to WARN other customers about Mattress Online’s warranty process. I bought an MLILY Premier 2000 mattress that has suffered significant structural failure in just 17 months, and despite their own technician confirming the issues, they have "closed the case" with no resolution.
The mattress is sinking on both sides, making it feel like you are rolling out of bed. I paid for an inspection (Report No: 3745609), and the technician’s physical findings were clear:
• Pressure Test: "Found slight lack of support on each side of the mattress."
• Lay Test: "Found slight rolling sensation to the outside of the mattress."
• Structural Findings: "The walls of the mattress [are] slightly less supportive than the main mattress."
Despite these documented mechanical failures, the company issued a "No Fault Found" verdict simply because a plumb line didn't show a deep enough visual dip. They are completely ignoring the fact that the internal support has collapsed, making the mattress unfit for purpose and a safety hazard.
A "Premier" mattress should last more than 17 months. Attributing a collapse in edge support to "wear and tear" at this stage is a joke. If you value your money and your sleep, avoid this company. They will hide behind technicalities to avoid honoring their warranties even when their own experts find faults.
I will now be taking this to the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman and pursuing a Section 75 claim through my bank.

Outstanding! Bought a medium mattress and it's amazing. It's incredibly comfortable and just right for us. Delivery was excellent - very quick and arrived as promised. I would recommend the service and this mattress to anyone.
I recently fractured my knee and shoulder, and while the team arrived on time, they were unable to take the item upstairs due to my narrow staircase. They left it in my lounge, explaining that they didn’t want to bend the mattress for fear of damaging it and didn’t want to take responsibility.
I purchased a new mattress from the company, but after it was delivered, I realized they sent the incorrect size. The box indicated one size while the delivery note showed another. I reached out to the company, and they promptly exchanged the wrong mattress for the correct one without any issues. Overall, good service; I would definitely shop here again.
