I wish I could share all the emails I've received, which are just automated responses asking me to wait a few more days, even though I've provided proof from the postal service indicating my order is lost due to fraud. I strongly advise against ordering from this platform; it's a scam. Update: They continue to assure me that my order is on the way and won't process my refund, despite my repeated emails showing that the package has been seized and will not be delivered. It's now in the possession of the postal service.
