Avoid this company at all costs. You won't receive your order and they won't refund your money. It's a scam. As noted in their previous response, they ask me to email them with my order details. I've done this over ten times requesting a refund and attaching the notice from the postal service indicating that my package is seized due to counterfeit postage from the seller. They keep replying with the same message to be patient and wait for the package. I've repeatedly informed them that the package will not arrive, as stated in the postal service's email, which confirms it is now the property of the postal service due to the counterfeit issue. I've also mentioned that even if that weren't the case, I no longer want the package since I ordered it over a month ago for a holiday and had to purchase from another source. Yet, I continue to receive the same response to be patient and wait for the package. It's a complete scam!
