The customer support is very disappointing. I have sent multiple emails regarding a problem with one of their products and have received no replies. Calling them only leads to voicemail, and no one gets back to me. It's incredibly stressful trying to reach someone. I really wish I hadn’t made a purchase, as I feel quite let down.
