I ordered a watch for New Year's Eve with next day delivery, but I waited the entire day without receiving it. There was no tracking information available, and customer service was closed between Christmas and New Year. When I emailed them, I only received a response stating they were closed until January 5th. The watch finally arrived two weeks late. I expressed my concerns about the lack of notification regarding delays during this busy period and found it strange that a retail company would close when they have a sale. I have not received any compensation for this experience.
