Really disappointed - I've bought two watches from this company and have previously left a good review - they look great and excellent packaging plus quick delivery except that ... one of the watches has stopped after just 4 months and probably only 1 day of wear - I've sent video and photos and now over 10 days late they still haven't sent me a return link - apparently a problem with their system - so ... bottom line is ... if your MJ watch should happen to fail within a few months then don't expect them to honour their statuary consumer obligations - it's not a huge a amount of money at stake but the principle remains - if a product is faulty (in this case the watch has stopped dead) then you expect it to to be repaired promptly - it's now almost two weeks since I raised the issue and the faulty watch is still sitting here. I won't be buying anything from Maughan Jones ever again and have today reported to Trading Standards.
