I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with Maui Jim. Unfortunately, I was informed that the brand does not accommodate goodwill repairs, which was super disappointing.I purchased my glasses around three years ago and used them only for sports activities. While they were certainly well-used, I didn’t expect the lens film to start warping—something I’ve never encountered with other sunglasses, even after extensive and many years of use. Since the issue occurred outside the warranty period, I was told there was nothing that could be done.Given this experience, I’ve decided not to purchase Maui Jim products again and will be considering alternatives like Oakley going forward.
