Recently invoked a repair for my 12-year-old Maui Jim sunglasses. The customer service received from MJ was outstanding and it is difficult to imagine how it could have been better.Submitted the request on Monday, back on my head Friday morning fitted with new lenses.Other companies could learn many lessons from MJ regards operational excellence and customer service. If Trustpilot had 6 stars, I would have used all stars!
