My sunglasses had a fault with the arm but they were out of warranty. After some discussion they replaced them free of charge. I was allowed to choose new ones at the same price level as my originals. They very quickly responded to my queries and were very helpful and understanding (i had sent the glasses to them for repair). when I had picking my new choice they were dispatched the next day. Rare to get such great service. Quality service from a quality brand.
