Great customer service, I have a pair of Maui Jim that are not made anymore and they fell on to the concrete smashing one of the lenses, I was not happy with my clumsiness as these are the best sunglasses I ever brought and I have had them for well over 10 years, well worth the money. I took them into a Maui Jim retailer and they sent them back to get the lense replacement, not only did they find a replacement lense but they replaced both lenses as well as the arms as they were getting a bit worn after 10+ years of wearing them practically every day and they sent them back in a brand new case with the original other unbroken lense that was still in good condition, as a spare. It’s like a have a whole new pair of sunglasses again. I have since brought another pair as a backup and a different look, thanks 🙏 Maui Jim for going above and beyond, you have a lifelong customer here not just for your after sales service but also what great sunglasses you make.
