Very disappointing experience.My order arrived in a damaged box with multiple items missing. Despite providing photos and raising the issue immediately, I was put through a lengthy investigation process and made to go back and forth with customer support. This was a birthday gift for my wife, and the delay completely ruined the occasion.The handling of the issue lacked urgency and customer care. I expected far better from a premium brand. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
