Am surprised at the low rating for Mauli - I placed my first ever order last week. Received the products yesterday, however the spray on the dry oil doesn't work, it is visibly damaged. When I contacted Customer Service, I got a really helpful response (Gita) within the hour who has promised to send me a replacement item. So, though I can't comment on the actual product just yet, I have found the customer service experience excellent up to now. I will revisit this with a product review when I receive the new item. The second item I ordered is a gift so can't comment on that just yet.
