I received my order pretty quickly, which was great! However the quality of the watch is not great, it feels quite cheap to be honest. The box was also ripped on the inside & had obviously been a return placed inside another box. I emailed asking to initiate a return on Friday 28th November, less than 24 hours after receiving my order. Despite providing the information & images MAVEN requested on Monday 1st December I have had no response in over 72 hours despite their website stating that you will be given the return address within 48 hours. I have also emailed asking if they have received all the info they required & still no response. Their website states that you will be charged a £10 restocking fee to make sure that the watch is returned in a re-sellable condition. Given the state of the box that the watch arrived in this seems like a money making ploy to me. Their customer service has been terrible & I am almost £200 out of pocket with the return window slowly dwindling away. They have a sleek looking website & Instagram, but avoid this company!
