This is my second Maven watch and really like both of them but the Brut, although beautiful is kinda small looking on a male wrist. And the strap could be longer. On a smaller wrist it looks perfect but on a guy it looks odd but saying that it's a very nice watch. Thank you!

Shop elsewhere

The order was ridiculously late. No tracking information. I had to sign up to an ap, which just tried to sell me more products and gave no information. When I chased the order they said they would send a free strap as compensation, it never arrived. Just shop elsewhere, the product is not worth the hassle.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! And even worse return policy and hassle. I sent 3 emails before I received a reply, and they require 6-8 photos of the watch and all packaging before they will consider sending a return label. And then you are required to pay to return it and a stocking fee. Soooo NOT worth the hassle for a less than stellar product.

Severe lack of customer service

I received my order pretty quickly, which was great! However the quality of the watch is not great, it feels quite cheap to be honest. The box was also ripped on the inside & had obviously been a return placed inside another box. I emailed asking to initiate a return on Friday 28th November, less than 24 hours after receiving my order. Despite providing the information & images MAVEN requested on Monday 1st December I have had no response in over 72 hours despite their website stating that you will be given the return address within 48 hours. I have also emailed asking if they have received all the info they required & still no response. Their website states that you will be charged a £10 restocking fee to make sure that the watch is returned in a re-sellable condition. Given the state of the box that the watch arrived in this seems like a money making ploy to me. Their customer service has been terrible & I am almost £200 out of pocket with the return window slowly dwindling away. They have a sleek looking website & Instagram, but avoid this company!

Horrible fake company

Horrible fake company. Ordered a strap came in a wrong size. Tried to say they can send me the right size. Then they were out of stock. When I tried to return it, tried to take a fee of me, and gave me some random Uk address. Scam

Low quality and poor practices

Bought a watch and a cuff as a gift, turns out the recipient didn’t find the watch impressive and wanted to return. The watch looks a bit cheap in person. It takes multiple emails back and forth before I could start the process, we have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee, and after all of that, no response and no refund! Please avoid this company if possible, low quality and poor practices.
