I purchased one of these for my husband in 2024 and just over a year later the handle broke and the bag was no longer useable. Getting it repaired wasn’t an option and the customer service at the time wasn’t up to the expensive price tag. Such a shame as my husband loved the laptop bag, but these items are designed to be used daily and advertised as durable so should last a lot longer in my view.
