I had an issue with the handle of my briefcase from Maverick & Co. It broke much sooner than expected. I reached out to their customer service; they replied quickly and offered a straightforward solution. It’s always a bit annoying when something breaks, but their fast and practical response made up for it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with how they handled it.

Bag leather at handle didn't last a year. And the customer service, although faat is not sympathetic. This is their response:Hi C,Thank you for reaching out to us.Upon checking your order, we would like to inform you that the item was purchased under our Clearance Sale. As stated in our warranty policy, items purchased from the clearance collection do not apply with 12-months warranty.Clearance Sale items are products offered at a reduced price because they are being permanently cleared from our inventory and will no longer be restocked. For this reason, these items are subject to special conditions. If a clearance item is received damaged or defective upon arrival, we will of course, assist with a replacement where stock is available. However, clearance items are not covered by our standard 12-month warranty. This is because once clearance stock is sold out, there will be no replacement units or spare parts available. Exceptional customer service that truly exceeded my expectations!I reached out to Maverick & Co regarding an exchange due to a defect, and during the return process I made a mistake entirely on my end by sending the item with an incorrect label. I fully accepted the loss and did not expect anything further.To my surprise, Angelica and the Maverick & Co. customer service team went above and beyond and offered to send me a brand new replacement bag as a courtesy. This level of understanding, professionalism, and goodwill is extremely rare today.On top of that, I genuinely loved the quality of the bag itself hence exchange request. The materials, craftsmanship, and overall feel are excellent, and it is exactly what I was looking for in a travel back bag.Communication throughout the process was prompt, polite, and genuinely customer focused.
