High-quality products and responsive customer service. They responded quickly when I had an issue with an order and were very helpful in handling it. The bag I got was also really nice materials and build quality.
Bag leather at handle didn't last a year. And the customer service, although faat is not sympathetic. As stated in our warranty policy, items purchased from the clearance collection do not apply with 12-months warranty.Clearance Sale items are products offered at a reduced price because they are being permanently cleared from our inventory and will no longer be restocked. For this reason, these items are subject to special conditions. If a clearance item is received damaged or defective upon arrival, we will of course, assist with a replacement where stock is available. However, clearance items are not covered by our standard 12-month warranty. This is because once clearance stock is sold out, there will be no replacement units or spare parts available.
