Edit: after initially thanking the customer service, I am changing my review.I ordered a new shoulder strap for a briefcase I bought 3 years ago and whose strap recently broke. The strap I received did not look like the one that was displayed on their website. When I complained, they replied by accusing me of making a mistake in the order (!). After 5-10 emails they finally acknowledged that the strap displayed on the website was discontinued. It was nice from them to offer to send a free replacement but the replacement is not what I want either. As a result, I suggested that I would keep the one they sent but asked for a discount due to the discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received. They refused! This is a terrible customer service. Any good company would acknowledge their mistake and correct it accordingly. Not them
