I made an appointment online. It was made for 8.00 pm. A simple oil change and tire rotation. It is now 10:27 and they are barely getting started. From a manger standpoint they could have let me know hey it’s going to be two to three hours. I would have definitely come another day. I work overnight so all the rest I can get in the day time is what I need. It’s very frustrating that I have waited this long please do better management let customers know the wait time
