Review Time
Had an appointment for 4pm so I dropped my truck off at 3:30pm and was told should be ready 1.5 hrs. I came back at 5:30 and nothing was done mind you they close at 6pm. No service no text or call to say something absolutely terrible. Don’t waste your time they suck.
I rolled up in there today the location on 103rd probably about a quarter to 5:00 and God bless the staff that was there because I had a tire that I thought was going flat which it was but it was weird anyway they put my spare on for me and didn't even charge me and I thought that was that was wonderful and God bless that staff that was there I didn't get any names and I do apologize but everybody was fantastic with above and beyond the call of duty
Upon arriving for my appointment, on 02/28/2026 that I did online as which I had a reservation number for at Terry Pkwy store!! Manager Rob discounted it from the start! I was told by him, that he COULD NOT pull up my appointment with that number allowing him to see what I purchased at 1st, and that I had to find it for him. I said, I figured like anywhere else once you have a rsvp, and it says to give it upon your appointment it'll save time....So he found it I guess. He asked me, how is it that I'm paying LESS for my tires that he himself had paid for them, and how'd that happen!🤷🏾♀️ Also there was a LIFETIME ROTATION from online he said oh can you pull that up because I never heard of that before. Long story shortened... Instead of me getting into my finished 4 tires changed and oil changed car....I'm at the counter trying find my order online with a rsvp number might I say again, that he again saying he DOES NOT see....Thk God I found it, wait for it...then now he says...Oh my computer down and he CAN NOT give me a printed out detailed receipt like normal from the printer but he'll email it. So I asked, will it have that I have a LIFETIME TIRE ROTATION on it. I was told yes. I received NOTHING from him at all later yesterday, nor today...What I got was a email today that said, SORRY WE MISSED YOU, and how to reschedule my appointment..But my BANK shows me paying for service on YESTERDAY 02/28/2026!!! I had to call myself today and ask for my receipt, and NOTHING on here says ANYTHING about my tire rotation!! He was off today ok.....Was it really that serious, and or you really that ARROGANT to brush people off like that and think it's ok to do so!!
Surprisingly very fast for the service. Extremely professional staff and Manger leads the team. Will recommend this place to all that need great tire prices and friendly customer service. Absolutely amazing they were fast and really good at their job and Staff is very friendly and respectful. Great experience will recommend this place to all that need professional tire and wheel work done.
Smh let me start off with this..I've done buisness with this place since I was 18 working at the advance auto parts across the street, im 35 now...today I had my uncle call ahead for me who's a shop mechanic that also does buisness with them for a mount and balance..I go there and not only could they not do my mount and balance they told me my uncle never called them..I went back told my uncle and when he called them back now its oh we didn't know thats who sent over and how it went from he can get worked on right away to oh its gonna be a hour wait..unprofessional totally unprofessional when you work with and network with people for something like that to happen, Especially when other shops send you buisness.
Service was very prompt, professional and polite. Nail in tire and they were able to remove and plug within 20 minutes of calling them. Very impressed! They will be my “go to” service center.
I have visited the Locust,NC store 3 different times. All three times I had exceptional, fast service. On my 3rd visit I had my tires rotated. When I was told I was ready to go I went to pay for my service. There was no charge. I was very pleased. I will continue to give them my business. Thank you.
Check your lug nuts if you get tires installed/rotated here. Driver side rear - 2 lug nuts were loose, 2 were overtightened. Had to soak in penetrating oil, then breaker bar and impact to remove…….passenger side rear. 2 over tightened. One was so tight my breaker bar exploded. This was after soaking in penetrating fluid. My 1/2 milwaukee impact wouldnt get it off. Soaked in more fluid, used a bigger breaker bar, then finally the impact again and it came off. If i had a flat somewhere ida been screwed. These places need to stop getting in a hurry and zapping the nuts on with those stupid impacts and just torque the nuts down properly with a torque wrench.

i had to make to the city for work because of the snow storm that was coming and the crew there took care of my tire issues
I highly recommend. They got me in right away and didn’t charge me anything to repair my tire. They were open on a Sunday so I didn’t have to move around my work day to get it fixed. Thank you!
