My first insurance was Die Continentale (DAAD group insurance). I never had any problems. They did not cover my dental bills properly while I suffered severely from gum and teeth infection. It is my last month (the last few days in Germany). I submitted my last bill (physio therapy) at the start of March, and it is a big deal for them to pay the physio (die continental fully covered my physio). They did not provide me with any reasons btw. My monthly 89 euros premium seems kind of a waste.Pathetic and frustrating experience. Their claim system is weird. You cannot see anything after submission. Automatic email response. Definitely not recommended
