Maxai.me and Maxai.co are a Scam, save yourself from Identity Theft (same company). While you can always file a chargeback with your bank to get your money back, the ID and data theft that these guys are doing is serious (it's also all over Reddit).1. Their service fundamentally does not work; this service and company are a total scam operated out of an offshore location. They have now updated their domain to maxi.co, which is the same company. So beware.2. They charged me for another year of subscription (despite my cancellation) two weeks before the new subscription went into effect.3. When I contacted them asking for a refund (even before the renewal kicked in), they kept arguing for over a week as to why they could not refund and offered some weird credits, which made no sense in the first place, given that I had already given them notice of cancellation in advance.4. I had to report the transaction to American Express/my bank as fraudulent and unauthorized and file a chargeback to get my money back. Amex credited the money back to me, given that I had all the evidence that the charge was unauthorized.5. After doing some additional due diligence, I realized these guys are a total fraud and are doing highway robbery/scamming people in the US in the guise of aggregated AI Services, which is not true. They are just using free api's in the background and phishing data from your computer using their Chrome and other plugins. I have also reported them to Google for data abuse.Stay away from these scamsters. You may lose your data to some random company offshore and end up with a potential ID theft.
