When I contacted support, the representative offered me either a replacement or a $5 refund. I clearly indicated my preference for a replacement multiple times during the return process, yet my requests were ignored, and decisions were made on my behalf without any prior notice. They claimed there were other bottles with the same defects from the manufacturer and decided to issue a refund instead of providing a replacement. If that's the case, why are those defective items still being sold? Additionally, I encountered a customer service agent who abruptly hung up on me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
