I typically don't leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I had a truly terrible experience with a recent purchase that I feel compelled to share. I have doubts about the authenticity of the products on this platform, and my interaction with the customer support team was far from satisfactory. The item I ordered arrived defective. When I contacted support, the representative offered me either a replacement or a $5 refund. I clearly indicated my preference for a replacement multiple times during the return process, yet my requests were ignored, and decisions were made on my behalf without any prior notice. They claimed there were other bottles with the same defects from the manufacturer and decided to issue a refund instead of providing a replacement. If that's the case, why are those defective items still being sold? Additionally, I encountered a customer service agent who abruptly hung up on me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
Similar to my hesitation in ordering designer perfumes from platforms known for counterfeit items, I have no intention of purchasing from this seller. The fear of receiving expensive items that may not be authentic is daunting. The saying "too good to be true" definitely applies here.
absolute scam. They are selling fake Creed fragrances purchased through an unauthorized third party seller. I have spoken directly with Creed customer service and they confirmed that the bottle I purchased ($250 RPO) is fake. Rather than giving these scammers info on what went wrong with their packaging- please call the perfumer directly if you have questions about the authenticity of your bottle. They have reported they are aware Max Aroma is doing this and from the ridiculous customer service experience I had today; they intend to continue this scam. A reputable company would verify the merchandise beforehand, not to mention not have the gall to continue selling the fake items even after confirmation. I will never purchase from Max Aroma again and discourage you from doing so as well. They do not stand behind their products and have poor customer service to add insult to the experience.
Great first experience with Maxaroma! I felt slightly skeptical after reading the most recent reviews however that was all put to rest when I received my fragrance! Scent was 100% authentic and batch code checked out just fine! I’m super pleased with my experience and for the price I got on Bond no.9 I’ll definitely be returning for more
WARNING!!! I purchased 6.8oz Dior Sauvage edp cost 160 dollars. I recieved a fake. I sent the fake back and they acknowledged it was a fake but refuse to give me a refund blaming me that it’s fake. This has been the worst’s experience I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Dispite the numerous reviews that the same bottle is fake. No apolopgy for sending fake. No concern for the customer. I would advise using any other website. If you receive a fake item they claim they don’t sell fakes and put the blame on you. Research them and see I’m not the only person with this issue. They take absolutely no responsibility for the fake items they sale. Not only that, they want me to send them a return label to send me the fake bottle they sold me to start with. There are several reviews that the same bottle people recieved was fake yet they blame the customer. Scammers spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
i am deeply disappointed with the service regarding my lost parcel OR797414. Despite paying extra money for insurance , my parcel was never delivered and company failed to provide a timely or refund.their responses was slow, and unhelpful,showing a clear lack of respect for customer concerns.
MY PURCHASE WAS INTENDED TO BE A GIFT FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY; UNFORTUNATELY THE PACKAGE RECEIVED ONLY CONTAINED TWO BONUS SAMPLES AND WAS MISSING THE MAIN ITEM (340 USD VALUE). THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED ON-TIME; REQUIRING SIGNATURE FOR RECEIPT. THE PACKAGE TAPE APPEARED TO BE TAMPERED WITH AND PROVED TO BE EXCEPTIONALLY LIGHT IN WEIGHT. I DISPOSED OF THE BOX AND CHECKED MY EMAIL HOPING THAT THE MAIN ITEM WAS SHIPPED SEPARATELY. NO OTHER EMAIL WAS FOUND; ONE ORDER NUMBER/ONE PACKAGE SHIPPED. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE FOR ASSISTANCE REGARDING MY CONCERN AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE THE MATTER. SHORTLY AFTER; I RECEIVED A VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR DEPICTING THE ENTIRE PACKAGING PROCESS. ALL ITEMS WERE PACKAGED TOGETHER. I THEN INQUIRED AS TO HOW I SHOULD FOLLOW UP WITH RECEIVING MY ORDER. I EXPLAINED THAT THE PACKAGE APPEARED TO BE TAMPERED WITH AND IT MAY HAVE POSSIBLY BEEN OPENED WHILE IN TRANSIT (COURIER). CUSTOMER CARE SUGGESTED AN INSURANCE CLAIM THROUGH THEIR INSURER OR CONTACT MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION TO STOP PAYMENT. CUSTOMER CARE REQUESTED THAT IMAGES OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND DETAILS OF THE PACKAGE WEIGHT AND HEIGHT. UNFORTUNATELY; I HAD ALREADY DISPOSED THE BOX AND THERE IS NO WAY TO RETRIEVE IT. AT THIS POINT CUSTOMER CARE STATED THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO HELP. THIS WAS MY FIRST PURCHASE AND BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE I'VE COME ACROSS.
I bought two different Mancera fragrances from maxaroma.Tonka Cola and Amore Caffè. My original Tonka Cola came from the official Mancera website. I discovered MaxAroma back in January of this year, and last month I decided to order from them. However, with both fragrances after about an hour or two, the scent seems vanishes and if you know anything about mancera fragrances you know they're supposed to last all day. Also I checked the batch code none to surprise error pops up. I'll never order from them again. You're not getting the real thing.
