The product was delivered in a damaged condition. After multiple follow-ups with customer care, the issue was not handled properly. Despite providing all the required evidence, including photos and videos, they have refused to replace the product.
The support has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company, as it feels like a complete waste of money and time.
