The product was delivered in a damaged condition. After multiple follow-ups with customer care, the issue was not handled properly. Despite providing all the required evidence, including photos and videos, they have refused to replace the product.
The support has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company, as it feels like a complete waste of money and time.

I ordered a display folder and I'm very disappointed with its quality. The material feels cheap, thin, and lightweight. Additionally, it overheats during use, which is concerning. I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Definitely not worth it!
These guys are just dumping products without knowing their quality. It's worse than even low-quality imports. If even those perform better than their products, you can imagine the situation. Their replacement policy seems more like a facade; under any circumstance, your warranty will be denied. Avoid this company at all costs.
