I placed an order with Maxfasion and requested a refund 25 days ago. Since then, I have called multiple times and sent several emails, but all I keep getting is the same copy-paste response: "We have raised your complaint and will respond soon."No refund. No timeline. No proper explanation.This is completely unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, and repeating the same automated response every time a customer follows up is not customer service — it is just buying time.I genuinely hope Maxfasion sorts this out, but based on my experience so far, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, do not expect a quick or helpful resolution.
