I am writing to bring to your attention a series of unpleasant experiences I’ve had at your Max Fashion store located in Fun Republic Mall, Lucknow.On several occasions, I have visited this store and unfortunately, I have consistently encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members, named Pooja Kumari. It has reached a point where I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with your team.Specifically, during my most recent visit, after I had exited the changing room, Pooja Kumari accused me in a very rude tone saying, "Aap ne photo voto to ni keecha h na andar?" while staring at me and my phone. I understand that stores may have policies regarding photography, but this approach was extremely inappropriate. There are better ways to communicate store policies to customers rather than making direct accusations in such a manner.As customers, we are paying for the items with the service tax added to the price of each product.Customers, come to your store seeking a pleasant shopping experience, and this behavior detracts from that experience significantly.Highly disappointed!
