Terrible company. Stay away. I bought a new Artisan mousepad. It arrived defective with glue on it. I had an unboxing video btw.I returned the item for a full refund and they tried to screw me over saying they wouldn't refund the shipping and the return shipping because they didn't consider a cosmetic damage a defect.I had to open a PayPal dispute, which I obviously won, to have my money back.Their behavior is illegal in the EU. Know your rights and don't let this company cheat you.
