Ordered Christmas gift from maxgaming. They have sent me wrong item. We provided photos and everything. Instead of sending new item first they want me to send it back first before they send correct item. I must pay for new packaging and bring it back to the PPL pickup point on my own. Closest PPL point is several kilometres away by car. So their customer spent own money on packaging and fuel to amend their mistake. Btw they refuse to order pick-up at our place which is common practice for other companies here. Customer care 1/5. Probably my worst experince with EU online shop. Far from Scandinavian standards. I would like to hear from the Maxgaming whether this is their common practice. Thanks for ruining Christmas gift!Update: it's over 20 days and no reaction. So we asked them what's going on. And they told us it is in DHL warehouse. Utter nonsense, it takes up to 3 days if you send package from CZ to DE. Customers service is absolute joke. I will just request money back.
