On 20/02/2026 I placed an order that was scheduled to be delivered on 26/02/2026.
That same day I received a email from support stating that my order might have been swapped with another.
As soon as I received the package that day I confirmed it was the wrong order and emailed them back right away, asking them to send me a shipping label so I can get the package back to them.
Now a week later I have still not received any reaction from them despite multiple emails and a message on Instagram as well.
I would like this situation to be resolved as soon as possible so I can get my order, and the other customer can receive their order that is currently still in my possession.
