I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this service. I placed an order in November for Christmas gifts and never received my items. I've been trying to resolve this issue but have made no progress. They claim it was delivered, but that is not the case. Due to my physical condition, I rarely leave my home, and my mail is delivered directly to me by my mailman. I will continue to pursue this until a resolution is found. I'm not having any luck, but I refuse to let it go. My advice is to avoid ordering from this service. They are neither refunding my money nor addressing the issue. I am very unhappy with this situation. They are asserting that either I or a family member signed for the package, but neither of us did. I've requested proof of the signature, but none has been provided. I am very frustrated, but I will not give up until this is corrected. I last asked them for proof of my signature and am still waiting for their response.
