I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this service. I placed an order in November for Christmas gifts and never received my items. I've been trying to resolve this issue but have made no progress. They claim it was delivered, but that is not the case. Due to my physical condition, I rarely leave my home, and my mail is delivered directly to me by my mailman. I will continue to pursue this until a resolution is found. I'm not having any luck, but I refuse to let it go. My advice is to avoid ordering from this service. They are neither refunding my money nor addressing the issue. I am very unhappy with this situation. They are asserting that either I or a family member signed for the package, but neither of us did. I've requested proof of the signature, but none has been provided. I am very frustrated, but I will not give up until this is corrected. I last asked them for proof of my signature and am still waiting for their response.

Just received this item and I'm genuinely impressed with the design. It feels lightweight but sturdy. For the price, it's a great purchase, although the clasp could use some improvement. Overall, a lovely addition to my collection.
The item I ordered was sent without any shipping documentation, so it was held at the Customs Clearance Office in Spain. I had to provide all the necessary documents and go in person to the post office to pick up the arrival notification, and I'm still waiting for the item to arrive at my address. This is not service at all. I highly recommend not purchasing from them.
Fraud! I never received my package, and every time I try to reach someone, I'm just transferred to a bot that says someone will get back to me, but they never do. I still haven't been able to connect with anyone since May when I placed my order. I've lost money on the item and $15 on shipping.
