Lab kit came quickly as did the lab results and Dr consult. It has been 10 days since the consult and I’ve not received the meds. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times and each time I’ve been told I would receive a follow up email or phone call and still have not received anything. I’ve asked where my meds are, where they are shipping from, what carrier and if I need to sign for them. Customer service couldn’t answer any of those questions. I either want my meds or a refund asap. This is ridiculous.
