Currently stuck in customer service hellscape where email responses are not responsive to the issue at hand--failure to deliver within specified timeframes, phone calls are unanswered and physician not keeping timeframes. Treatment plan from Dr. on 12 Feb indicated, "**Note: Our pharmacy partner will fill your Rx within the next 2-3 days. From there, your order will ship and reach you in 3-5 days. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact our support team"
Status of my treatment still indicates it has not shipped 2/25). My 4 phone calls have gone unanswered, email bots keep sending messages that my open inquiries are being combined but do not indicate work is being done on my account. If my business behaved this way, I would lose my license. I'm still not sure if I've been scammed or not. If this is an issue of not being able to handle volume, just tell me and I will go elsewhere.

I have been with Maximus for 4 months now, the first month, they were responsive and helpful, the second there was a delay in shipping and it took about a week to get ahold of anyone through chat email or text to get it resolved, the third month there was a delay and I again could not get in contact with anyone. This time I requested my refill as soon as I could, expecting that there would be some sort of delay, and it has been a month since I requested refill and about two weeks of repeated contact attempts by all modes available and no response. I he took my money and won’t ship my medication. I am now taking half doses so I don’t completely run out. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable

I canceled and/or paused my subscription with Maximus in September 2025. I have written confirmation of the pause and documented chat communications with their support team.

Despite this, I have continued to be charged $199.99 per month:

9/19/25 and 9/23/25 (double charged)
10/17/25
11/14/25
12/12/25
1/10/26
2/7/26

I have received no products or services from Maximus since ~September 2025.

Each time I contact support, I am either told that no additional charges are showing in their system or directed to contact my bank. My bank has now processed multiple disputes, some of which were reversed, and the charges continue.

At this point, despite repeated written requests and documented cancellation, billing has not stopped. It appears my only remaining recourse may be through formal consumer protection channels and small claims court if this matter is not resolved promptly.

If Maximus monitors these reviews, I am requesting that someone in management review my account history, refund all post-cancellation charges, and permanently stop billing.

Consumers should carefully document any cancellation requests and monitor statements closely.

Lab kit came quickly as did the lab results and Dr consult. It has been 10 days since the consult and I’ve not received the meds. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times and each time I’ve been told I would receive a follow up email or phone call and still have not received anything. I’ve asked where my meds are, where they are shipping from, what carrier and if I need to sign for them. Customer service couldn’t answer any of those questions. I either want my meds or a refund asap. This is ridiculous.

Disappointing Experience So Far

My experience has not been positive. I registered on 1/6/26 for the microdosing treatment and was approved on the same day. I received a message stating, "Our pharmacy partner will fill your Rx within the next 2 to 3 days. After that, your order will ship and arrive in 3 to 5 days." However, a week has passed with no updates regarding the shipment status. When I contacted Customer Service, I was informed that the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, which does not provide compounding services. The support team mentioned they can't assist with prescription inquiries, and only the designated clinician can address these issues. They did forward my request to the care team as a courtesy but noted that I wouldn't receive direct feedback unless more information was needed from me. For future prescription queries, I was advised to use the Messages section of my account to communicate with my clinician for accurate medical advice. Additionally, I reached out to the clinical care team but have yet to receive a reply. I feel left in the dark about my prescription, especially since my credit card has already been charged.
