I had a prescription of the oxytocin cream and I was so excited to use it but the tube of cream I got had a slight defect and so I contacted the company and they responded within minutes of my email explaining the situation. They sent out a new tube of cream and my doctor and the frontline manager stayed in touch with me for two weeks to ensure that I got the cream and that the second tube was working perfectly and it was and I could not be happier. I'm not an easy customer to please unfortunately and although I try not to be that way I get a little irritated when I pay a few hundred dollars for something and then it doesn't work. The manager and my doctor were exquisitely kind and helpful throughout this entire process and I have full confidence in Maximus now to help me maintain my calm and I trust that they will take care of any hiccups in the future if my cream doesn't work.
