Before I signed up with the Max insurance on June 30th, 2025, I was with TD insurance since 1996. Because of the heavy rains in Calgary in June and July, one of my rental houses had water sipping through in the basement and creating wet walls and floors on August first. Emergency services were needed as soon as possible! I called the Max insurance just after one month I was with them as a client. I was assigned to Simone as my insurance adjuster! After communicating with her a few times I couldn’t believe how well we were communicating! Not only the emergency services were provided, she has given me 3 choices to pursue to start the repairs needed! I was in shock first, how easy it was and how well this was communicated to me! I was never given any choices with TD insurance for any of my houses’ insurance needs, almost 3 decades. In addition, I was paying TD insurance premiums more than twice as much I am paying to Max insurance with for more coverage. Not only Simone helped me with every step of my insurance needs very professionally, she also helped me dealing with my tenant’s insurance company whom has been calling me nonstop! I was extremely happy that I can actually communicate with only one person in Max insurance who happened to be a true professional in her approach to dealing with me. She made me feel so comfortable talking to her that, any time I had a question, I didn’t hesitate to call her. Each time I called her I was able to reach her and all of my questions were answered. Well, My experience with Simone was absolutely amazing. I still can’t get over how beautiful my rental house basement looks now, after all of the repairs done and how stress free the whole process was! In about 3 decades I was with TD insurance for all of my houses, never experienced anything like this. I am so very grateful to my Max insurance adjuster Simone for treating me with respect and handling my insurance needs when I needed them the most! I very much appreciated her help in guiding me through the flooding recovery and restoration of my rental house basement and was able to get all of my repairs done the way I wanted. I am a very happy client! I highly recommend Max insurance for your house insurance needs! They truly give a caring hand when a natural disaster strikes! Thanks a million Simone for all of your help for making a very stressful situation for me a positive one, when all over in Calgary, especially my neighborhood were flooded due to extreme weather conditions this year.
