As a user of telco services, I decided to switch from this provider to another for my internet service. On 21 Dec 2025, the new company submitted a request to transfer. However, the application has been stuck awaiting approval from the current provider. I've been following up through their hotline and customer service, but the process has been frustrating. After multiple missed calls and confusion, I was informed that my transfer was rejected. This process feels unnecessarily complicated and troublesome.
