Abysmal Service and Incompetence - Max Life InsuranceI am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the abysmal service I have received from Max Life Insurance regarding my policy surrender request.From the very beginning, I have encountered a series of obstacles. The customer service team consistently demonstrates a lack of knowledge and understanding of their own policies. Every call results in either an extended hold time, leaving me hanging indefinitely, or an abrupt disconnection.Attempts to resolve the issue through the branch office have proven to be even more frustrating. The staff at the branch level appear to be equally ill-equipped to handle basic customer inquiries and offer any meaningful assistance.It is truly disheartening to experience such a high level of incompetence from an insurance company. The entire process has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming, leaving me feeling completely let down and disillusioned with Max Life Insurance.I strongly advise anyone considering insurance with Max Life to proceed with extreme caution, if at all.
