Then, she began to argue with me, suggesting I should just accept the first photo, saying I looked the same in every shot. I requested a refund due to the ongoing issues, but she flatly refused, claiming it was my fault for following the instructions to retake the photo. Frustrated, I decided to leave the booth while I saw her rebooting the system. They are failing to deliver on their promises and hiring unhelpful staff to assist customers.
