I have been trying to set up a business account for almost four weeks now. The service works with third parties, but the first one stopped responding after I submitted my documents. The second third party has also not replied. I have been attempting to call and text for over two weeks. This has been extremely unprofessional, causing stress and delays. I will seek a business account elsewhere.
