I have been trying to set up a business account for almost four weeks now. The service works with third parties, but the first one stopped responding after I submitted my documents. The second third party has also not replied. I have been attempting to call and text for over two weeks. This has been extremely unprofessional, causing stress and delays. Poor Customer Support

Very poor support. It takes too long to update my account. The turnaround time is weeks, despite the prompt stating within 24 hours. They are very strict with documents, which I haven't encountered with other banks or digital services. Not worth it.
