Very bad customer service!After trying to do the account upgrade several times I always got messages by SMS like the data wouldn't have been complete, my name wouldn't match the one on my ID, the ID shouldn't be a copy and other reasons which are all of course absolutely incorrect.When messaging the customer service concerning this, the AI chat was completely useless. When I managed to get in touch with any human, they asked after some data, but after I provided them and gave more details they simply stopped replying.I never ever got any valid reason why my account upgrade failed or what could be a possible solution of my problems.I can't remember to ever have faced a worse customer service before.
