Maya has the worst customer service. They said their system shows my transactions were completed and it showing Processing on my end for more than a month now and my payments were not posted. I even sent them screenshots which they should see that it is "Processing" not completed. They insist it has been completed. They asked to uninstall and reinstall the app, which obviously wouldn't help because the transactions were not posted. It is not safe to use their App!!! You will never know if your payments will go through, and they are not that responsive. It took them weeks to respond.
