Maya are offering fabulous rates of interest through online banking and banking app but woe betide you if you have a technical problem. Because I have 2 middle names the application missread my driving license and prevented me from registering saying they needed more information regarding my account. An email to their support address on June 16 received no reply. I sent them a message on their Facebook page and they said I should send an email to the support address, message them on Twitter or call the helpline. I messaged them on Twitter on June 26 where they replied several times asking for my personal details which I provided (several times). I received nothing further on Twitter so eventually succumbed and called the helpline where I was kept on hold for over 30 minutes after failing to navigate the automatic system several times. After 30 minutes I quit. You have to ask yourself, what's going to happen to my money with these people with such a lamentable support service? Will I ever see it again?
