The bank runs a legit fraud. The interest on loan was overcharged. It took several phone calls and threat to complain to the authorities for them to refund only 80% of the overcharge. The bank statements do not have description of transactions - it is common to find "Debit Advice" as the transaction. If you want to know what that is Debit is for then you have to call them and wait for 30 min before someone attends to you. The regulator obviously is lax on such practices.
