Hello Maybank Team Taman Molek for they are very dedicated team of customers oriented professionals💪💯❤️to mention a few Mr.Baljit Singh always very practical and forth coming ensure clients are boss, Cik Fatin, Cik Suhana and not forgetting the Financial Banking counter colleagues always cordial and patience in helping all clients regardless of status, race and ethnicity I really appreciate them they deserve a huge recognition always put themselves in-service to member of public old, young,FW etc Kudos guys keep up the excellent customer first attitude

MAE always make problem

MAE always make problem. 6-Pin that i registered not working. i cant transfer any money. i cannot turn of secure2u but MAE make it mandatory to turn on secure2u. maybank2u are worst bank in malaysia. No one answer on customer service (1-300-88-6688) but my reload was charged. if you go to branch their nothing to do for MAE app. Goodbye Maybank.

Old school bank, online services from the 90's

I am a foreigner. I was encouraged to open Mayban account for my business... this is a very old school bank, everything is slow, barely digital, you have to call multiple times to get something, or go to the branch, I mean we are in 2026... If I could use TouchnGo for business I would do it. I am wasting precious time, energy and money (because it's expensive) while I should be focusing on growing the business.

Dont ever take a personal loan or balance transfer wif maybank, they are the worst and i have quite a lot of knowledge in the banking sector.

Wrong decision to open an eazyaave Maybank account, it’s not easy

Don’t be fooled by easy opening. As it is a trap . If you failed their limited time verification process they will close your account as it is in their terms of service . However there’s no ample time given to account holder to comply. And they will close the account without refunding your money to source fund, given the fact that it’s tied up inside the insisting appl of the customer (gcash) which is verified prior opening their account thru the app. Worst decision for me to open an Account with Maybank. I should just stick with my existing account CIMB (no hassle)that also opened thru gcash. Maybank just give stress based on my experience. If your thinking to open ,think again and research more.i don’t know if refund will be process as they required branch visit which is not possible for me that’s why I open it online.

I would have given the 10 stars for Maybank, Kuching for their great support and knowledgeable results from the staff. My account was dormant and was closed due to inactive account. And I am in overseas, that's the main issues. But a big thank you to Cik Zurina Ali from Maybank, Ground & Mezzanine, Jln Song Thian Cheok, Kuching, Sarawak. She has been excellent, supportive and knowledgeable throughout the processes and I was in a short period of time to have my account reactivated. A very big thank you to Cik Zurina and Selamat Hari Raya (21/03/2026) to you and your family and all your colleagues. And also Encik Raman from KL brunch. Very much appreciated for what you have done and keep up the excellent job.
