Maybank indonesia....They lost a lot of usd I transferred as they classify as a passive recipient. Their customer care is useless and constantly sending computer generated responses that are generic and mean nothing. I sent them all my documents, account numbers everything of the transaction. They at first did not know about it as they are passive. Suddenly it was resolved, saying the money was returned on the same day it was sent. Seems odd considering they didn't know about it a week after it was sent. So it 2 weeks after they "sent the money back to sender". But the money isn't there. I've been waiting for my money for nearly 2 weeks now and nothing. They haven't sent me any documentation that the money was returned . Yet they had all the info that it was received. This bank is poor and I do not recommend them at all. Ontop of it all customer care is useless as I keep having to talk to a different person/ai bot.
